Dunkin'

This is the daily Dunkin run for my day to start. Now that one of the workers returned from leave my coffee tastes better again.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now since it’s close to home and work at first my orders would come out as asked then all of a sudden random things get added or taken out like less sugar or more milk being added when never asked small things pretty annoying to be honest

Tell me why I was ordering ice cream with toppings and this old woman that usually works every night was gonna charge me $3 extra for toppings on the side even though I paid for toppings already. I just preferred to get one of the toppings on the side idk why this old bag decided to have a problem and try to charge me extra just bc I wanted it on the side but after that I realized I won’t have that old lady serve me again, but the other employees are great and don’t ever have an issue.

I was coming here with a couple of my friends. Had a nice mocha frap along with a croissant. Some kid named Arbaz was super friendly, so much so that I had to make a review.

The young workers were not doing their job correctly, I asked for a frozen coffee, and he said that they didn't have it. When I told him how to make it, he had to do it. It felt like he did not want to bother to do it. My order was taken, but the service was not good, and there was no manager on the premises. All 3 workers were making orders and also had problems with another customer. In the meantime, other people were waiting on line not being helped. The bathroom door doesn't open from the outside, and the workers had to use a knife to open it. There is no lock from the inside. I am not happy at all from this visit. I'm not coming here again.

i have never written a review anywhere before but this time i feel like i’d be doing other people wrong by saying nothing. This place has the absolute worst service for online orders i have ever seen . I waited for my order for 2 hours (keep in mind this is a few donuts and a 8 minute drive)I had 3 drivers throughout my order because the wait time was so long they kept canceling. JUST for my order to be canceled because they had removed one of the options i chose off of their online menu. I called this place 5 times over the 2 hours i waited, it just rang until it hung up. In the end i got HALF of my order for my small get together, 2 and a half hours after i ordered it.

Can I just say you guys are awesome. For the 1st time ordering online I was not let down! I asked for more chocolate sprinkled donuts in replacements of others in the dozen order. I was only expecting like 2 or 3 in total, and you guys gave me more than I hoped for. I was so happy! Whoever works there, just thank you!!!!

Worst Place, don't waste your money!ordered grill cheese and received Hard bread with 2 pieces of cheese in between I'll never go there again Needs a Competitor with better service
